With my packages I provide full support during your health journey, with regular sessions every 2 weeks where we will discuss your progression and implement new action points to achieve your health goals.
Personalisation is key and each consultation and plan will be tailored specifically for you, taking into account lifestyle, food likes and dislikes and budget.
Consultations can either be held online via zoom/telehealth or in clinic.
