Registered Nutritional Therapist, Dip CNM, mBANT, mCNHC, mCNHC, member of the Royal Society of Medicine

If you’re here, chances are you’ve already tried a lot.

I’m Lucia, a BANT and CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapist, and I specialise in helping people with complex health issues find answers through personalised nutritional therapy

At Food Power Nutrition I support people with histamine intolerance, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS),  complex and chronic gut health conditions and chronic fatigue.

I work with people who feel stuck. People who are tired of trying one thing after another without really understanding what’s driving their symptoms.

My role is to help you make sense of the bigger picture and create a personalised, evidence-based plan that supports your body, your lifestyle and your long-term health.

My approach

I often see people believing that to regain health, they simply need to try another supplement or the diet their friend/colleague/favourite influencer swears by.

In reality, lasting improvements come from understanding your body and why symptoms are happening in the first place – this can be addressed only via in-depth questioning, functional and/or nutrigenomics testing and working 1:1.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all when it comes to health and nutrition. That’s why every programme and plan of action I create is designed for you only.

Rather than simply controlling symptoms and giving generic advice, we’ll work together to uncover what may be playing a role in your symptoms and build a practical, personalised plan that helps you feel confident in your body again.

Why I love what I do

I was there myself – always tired, suffering from continuous eczema flare-ups, debilitating endometriosis pain, and catching every bug under the sun. I was feeling that my body was failing me without understanding why and how to stop this happening.

Studying nutrition helped me get out of that hole, and now I love using my skills and sharing my knowledge around food and nutrients to support other people through their health journey.

My goal is to help my patients move from struggling to thriving, from chaos to clarity, from fearing food to loving their meals.

I don’t believe your body is working against you. I believe it’s trying to tell us something—and together we’ll work out what that is.

A little about me

Originally from Italy and based in the UK for 20 years, I’ve always believed that food should be one of life’s pleasures.

My aim is to help you rebuild confidence around food, enjoy eating again, and feel empowered to make choices that support your health, without unnecessary restriction or reverting to boring, soulless diets and meals.

Some of my favourite things in life are pizza on a Friday night (my weekly must), snuggling my beloved rescue French Bulldog Alma, listening to rock music, planning holidays and researching new restaurants (and planning trips around it!).

Curious facts about me: I grew up between Milan and Mallorca and used to compete in professional synchronised swimming until I was a teenager (I had to stop because of an injury), I play the drums and my first job was being the assistant to a Japanese fashion designer in Milan. I moved to the UK after uni for a “1 year experience” but ended up making London my permanent home 🙂
