If your gut health has been a problem for too long, let's find out what's really going on.

Bloating. Abdominal pain. Reflux. Constipation. Diarrhoea. Unpredictable bowel movements. Food reactions. Poor digestion.

Maybe you’ve already tried cutting out foods, probiotics, supplements or different diets but haven’t seen tangible or long lasting improvments.

Chronic digestive symptoms are rarely as simple as “eat more fibre” or “take a probiotic”.

I work with people who have persistent and complex gut problems, using GI360 stool testing alongside your symptoms, health history and diet to build a clearer picture of what’s going on and address the symptoms once for all.

We’ll connect the dots and create a personalised plan to help you thrive again.

£565 for 5 sessions + GI360 test cost £439 (to be paid directly to the lab)

Success Stories

Lucia changed my life. For over 2 years I had been increasingly struggling with bloating, gut pain, gaining weight, lacking energy and general inflammation in my body. Even after changing things that were supposed to help (exercising more and started weight lifting, limiting carbs consumption and eating more protein), I was feeling worse and symptoms were significantly limiting my life.Lucia took the time to understand what my symptoms were and order additional test that complemented the ones I already had. Ultimately I had a few issues with the microbiota in my colon that were causing several issues in my body. Lucia prepared protocols to tackle the root of my problema over the course of 4-5 months.I really value that the protocols she prepared were tailored to me and what my life would look like for the next weeks. Lucia would research recipes she thought I could like and options of what I could eat even when traveling outside the UK. The changes to my diet were not disruptive, I never felt I was not able to eat what I wanted (everything in moderation), and I always knew I could reach out to Lucia in case I had any questions.I finally feel I got my energy back, I understand what may cause issues in my digestive system and I started losing weight by eating more.Highly recommend Lucia to anyone struggling with anything related to the digestive system.

Chronic Gut Health issues

Wondering whether to work with Lucia? 110% do it. Her motto of 'test don't guess' will save you hours of trawling through wrong advice, stressing about your symptoms and spending a lot of money on supplements you probs don't need. It goes without saying that Lucia is extremely knowledgeable and I love the fact she focuses on holistic nutrition because when you work with her, you'll understand exactly how nutrition is the foundation of EVERYTHING. Her passion for what she does and helping people is obvious and she always goes above and beyond to make me feel supported in my gut healing journey. I can't thank her enough!

Gut Health

Having seen Lucia work wonders for a good friend of mine, I passed her details to my mother-in-law - who was also blown away by Lucia's advice and expertise. This year it was my turn to need a nutritionist, and I knew exactly who to call!I was diagnosed with colitis after a period of acute illness. My consultant advised that I would need a lot of medicine and a long period of trial-and-error to find a diet that would not trigger my symptoms. Instead, I met with Lucia.I was really impressed by Lucia's holistic approach to treatment. She was able to give me practical, clear advice that left me symptom-free almost immediately. She also drew parallels between my current situation and previous health issues that I had believed were unrelated. This is something no doctor has done before, and it has changed my way of thinking about my lifestyle and my health.I would highly recommend Lucia to anyone looking to take a holistic approach to their health and nutrition.

Colitis

I began working with Lucia after spending two years being told by doctors that I had IBS and that I would just have to live with it. I reached a point where I felt unwell every single day. Lucia was the first person to conduct a thorough analysis to identify the root cause of my issues, and I am now symptom-free for the first time in as long as I can remember! She provided me with detailed, tailored diet plans, she has extensive knowledge and genuinely cares about helping you, and her dedication has completely transformed my life. I can’t thank Lucia enough for the positive changes she has made to my well-being.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the testing packages and the 1:1 plans?

With functional testing, we can move beyond guesswork and identify potential contributors to your symptoms. That extra data helps me build a more targeted, efficient plan and focus on the interventions most likely to make a difference.

Testing packages are ideal if you want to reduce trial and error, investigate potential root drivers in more depth, and take a clear, evidence-led approach.

Can I pay the Packages and Weeks Plan in instalments?

Yes you can – multi session services can be paid in instalments. A 50% of the total fee will be required ahead of the first appointment, then the remaining 50% can be paid a month after the first invoice, or can be further divided in 2 invoices. Please note that tests costs are on the top of the package fee and will be paid directly to the Lab (Nordic Labs). The exception is genetic test, which costs is included in the package.

What should I expect to achieve working together?

You can expect a personalised, practical plan tailored to your symptoms, history, and goals, with clear priorities and measurable steps. Results vary from person to person, but progress is most substantial when you implement the recommendations consistently, attend follow-up sessions where relevant, and use supplements/testing only where appropriate.

We’ll discuss realistic expectations and goals during your discovery call so you know exactly what we’re aiming for and how we’ll measure progress.

How long will it take to see results?

It varies. Some people notice changes within a few weeks after implementing the key recommendations, while deeper, longer-term issues can take longer to shift. Your timeline depends on your starting point, what we’re addressing, and how consistently you can follow the plan.

My focus is sustainable, long-term improvement — not quick fixes — and we’ll agree on realistic expectations as part of your assessment.

What should I do if I have questions between appointments?

You can contact me by email at [email protected] or via the Practice Better chat for support between sessions.

I aim to reply within one working day. Please note my working hours are 9 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday, so messages sent outside these times may be answered the next working day.

Membership clients have also access to my WhatsApp messaging system and extra availability for support on Saturday morning between 10am and 1pm.

If I need more follow up sessions, do I need to book a new package?

Not necessarily. We’ll review your progress as we go. If you’d like continued support after your package, existing clients can book  follow-up sessions, or join the Food Power 1:1 membership fo 4 months of regular follow ups and support.

What is the cancellation policy?

I understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with more than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Within 48 hours of your appointment: 50% fee
  • Within 24 hours of your appointment: 100% fee
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and charged at 100%

For online sessions, if your internet connection disrupts communication, I may need to end or reschedule the appointment, as a stable connection is essential for a productive session.

Does Food Power Nutrition operate only online?

Yes. I offer online consultations via Practice Better (telehealth/Zoom), which you can access through your client portal.

What happens if I don’t complete the questionnaire 72 hours before my appointment?

If you realise you won’t be able to complete the questionnaire in time, please get in touch with me at least 72 hours before your appointment to reschedule.

The questionnaire (and reading the T&Cs) is essential for me to prepare correctly and deliver a high-quality consultation. If it isn’t completed, I won’t be able to go ahead with the initial appointment.

When is an appointment considered booked?

You’ll receive an email from Practice Better requesting confirmation of your appointment. Your appointment is considered booked once payment (or deposit) has been received and your completed questionnaire has been submitted.

If payment isn’t received or the questionnaire isn’t submitted, your appointment will be rescheduled.

Will I get supplement recommendations with every plan?

Not necessarily. Food is always the foundation, and my plans are designed to help you meet your nutrient needs through whole foods wherever possible.

Supplements may be recommended only when appropriate—for example, to address a confirmed deficiency, support a specific goal, or as a short-term support while you implement dietary changes. I’m not affiliated with any supplement company; any recommendations are based on their suitability for your needs.

What’s the difference between a nutritional therapist, nutrition coach and nutritionist?

In the UK, these titles can mean different things — and they’re not all regulated in the same way.

  • Nutritional therapist: Typically trained to work 1:1 using nutrition and lifestyle to support health and wellbeing, often in a more clinical, root-cause style. Many practitioners choose to be BANT members and CNHC registered, which adds professional standards and accountability.

  • Nutritionist: The title “nutritionist” isn’t legally protected in the UK so that anyone can use it. However, people on the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (UKVRN) through the Association for Nutrition can use titles such as Registered Nutritionist (RNutr).

  • Nutrition coach: Often focused on habits, motivation and accountability. “Coach” isn’t a protected title, so training and scope can vary widely.

If you’re choosing someone, check their qualifications, professional registration, and whether their scope aligns with your needs. (For completeness: “dietitian” is a protected title regulated by the HCPC.)

Is Nutritional Therapy covered by any insurance or private health cash plan?

It can be. I’m registered with CNHC, and a member of BANT, and some UK health cash plans recognise CNHC registration for reimbursement of nutritional therapy (depending on your policy and level of cover).

Cover varies by provider and plan, so please check your policy documents and confirm what’s included before booking.

How can I get in touch for more information about packages and costs?

If you’d like to talk it through first, you can book a free discovery call to discuss your health concerns, the most suitable service, and costs. Please feel free to ask for information via the contact form, specifying if you wish to be contacted via email or via phone. I am happy to offer a free discovery call to discuss your current health concerns and explore how we can work together.
