Home » 4 Week Nutrition Plan (1:1 Nutritional Therapy)
Do you want to improve your energy, digestion, blood sugar, relationship with food or another aspect of your health?
Across the 3 sessions of this 4-week 1:1 Nutritional Therapy Programme, we’ll look beyond what you eat alone, considering your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, habits and goals to create a fully personalised plan to help you move forward with your health.
Expect your plan to include practical changes you can actually put into practice, delicious and achievable recipes, a better understanding of how food can support your health, and a clear set of priorities to work on and adjust as we go.

Your health and nutrition assessed
Before your first appointment, you’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire and 3-day food diary.
Please take your time with these! The more information you provide, the more I can understand about your individual situation and the more personalised your recommendations can be.
I’ll review everything 72 hours before your appointment, looking for patterns and areas that may be relevant to your goals.
Connecting the dots
During your initial 60-minute consultation, we’ll explore your symptoms, health history, diet, lifestyle and goals to understand the bigger picture and identify what is most important to address first.
Your personalised plan
You’ll receive practical, achievable and tailored recommendations, as well as recipes and lifestyle recommendations to help you make meaningful changes without trying to change everything at once.
2 follow-up sessions
We’ll see how you’re getting on, answer questions, troubleshoot any challenges and adapt your plan based on how you’re responding.
If we discover that you would benefit from additional sessions or functional testing, we can discuss this and arrange it as we go along.
The 4-Week Nutritional Therapy Programme is ideal if you:
The programme can be used to support a wide range of health and nutrition goals. If you’re dealing with particularly complex or long-standing symptoms, I recommend additional investigation, functional testing or a longer programme.
Plans differ for the level of support offered in terms of number, length of the follow ups and their frequency. The 4 weeks plan includes one initial 1hour session and two 30 minutes follow ups, support in between sessions, as well as personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plans after every appointment. It does not include functional test interpretation, if that is required it needs to be booked as a separate session valued £160 + test cost.
With functional testing, we can move beyond guesswork and identify potential contributors to your symptoms. That extra data helps me build a more targeted, efficient plan and focus on the interventions most likely to make a difference.
Testing packages are ideal if you want to reduce trial and error, investigate potential root drivers in more depth, and take a clear, evidence-led approach.
It varies. Some people notice changes within a few weeks after implementing the key recommendations, while deeper, longer-term issues can take longer to shift. Your timeline depends on your starting point, what we’re addressing, and how consistently you can follow the plan.
My focus is sustainable, long-term improvement — not quick fixes — and we’ll agree on realistic expectations as part of your assessment.
You can expect a personalised, practical plan tailored to your symptoms, history, and goals, with clear priorities and measurable steps. Results vary from person to person, but progress is most substantial when you implement the recommendations consistently, attend follow-up sessions where relevant, and use supplements/testing only where appropriate.
We’ll discuss realistic expectations and goals during your discovery call so you know exactly what we’re aiming for and how we’ll measure progress.
I understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with more than 48 hours’ notice.
For online sessions, if your internet connection disrupts communication, I may need to end or reschedule the appointment, as a stable connection is essential for a productive session.
You can contact me by email at [email protected] or via the Practice Better chat for support between sessions.
I aim to reply within one working day. Please note my working hours are 9 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday, so messages sent outside these times may be answered the next working day.
Membership clients have also access to my WhatsApp messaging system and extra availability for support on Saturday morning between 10am and 1pm.
Not necessarily. Food is always the foundation, and my plans are designed to help you meet your nutrient needs through whole foods wherever possible.
Supplements may be recommended only when appropriate—for example, to address a confirmed deficiency, support a specific goal, or as a short-term support while you implement dietary changes. I’m not affiliated with any supplement company; any recommendations are based on their suitability for your needs.
Not necessarily. We’ll review your progress as we go. If you’d like continued support after your package, existing clients can book follow-up sessions, or join the Food Power 1:1 membership fo 4 months of regular follow ups and support.
If you realise you won’t be able to complete the questionnaire in time, please get in touch with me at least 72 hours before your appointment to reschedule.
The questionnaire (and reading the T&Cs) is essential for me to prepare correctly and deliver a high-quality consultation. If it isn’t completed, I won’t be able to go ahead with the initial appointment.
You’ll receive an email from Practice Better requesting confirmation of your appointment. Your appointment is considered booked once payment (or deposit) has been received and your completed questionnaire has been submitted.
If payment isn’t received or the questionnaire isn’t submitted, your appointment will be rescheduled.
Yes. I offer online consultations via Practice Better (telehealth/Zoom), which you can access through your client portal.
In the UK, these titles can mean different things — and they’re not all regulated in the same way.
Nutritional therapist: Typically trained to work 1:1 using nutrition and lifestyle to support health and wellbeing, often in a more clinical, root-cause style. Many practitioners choose to be BANT members and CNHC registered, which adds professional standards and accountability.
Nutritionist: The title “nutritionist” isn’t legally protected in the UK so that anyone can use it. However, people on the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (UKVRN) through the Association for Nutrition can use titles such as Registered Nutritionist (RNutr).
Nutrition coach: Often focused on habits, motivation and accountability. “Coach” isn’t a protected title, so training and scope can vary widely.
If you’re choosing someone, check their qualifications, professional registration, and whether their scope aligns with your needs. (For completeness: “dietitian” is a protected title regulated by the HCPC.)
It can be. I’m registered with CNHC, and a member of BANT, and some UK health cash plans recognise CNHC registration for reimbursement of nutritional therapy (depending on your policy and level of cover).
Cover varies by provider and plan, so please check your policy documents and confirm what’s included before booking.
If you’d like to talk it through first, you can book a free discovery call to discuss your health concerns, the most suitable service, and costs. Please feel free to ask for information via the contact form, specifying if you wish to be contacted via email or via phone. I am happy to offer a free discovery call to discuss your current health concerns and explore how we can work together.
Yes you can – multi session services can be paid in instalments.
