Paleo diet

A dietary plan based on foods similar to what might have been eaten during the Paleolithic era (2.5 million to 10,000 years ago), excluding foods that became common when farming emerged. The main staples are lean meats, wild game, fish, nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruits. Dairy, legumes, and grains are excluded.
