Raw Diet

The raw diet consists of consuming most (from 50% to 100%) of one’s vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains and beans in their raw state; more in line with how our ancestors would have consumed them. Some advocates of the raw diet also consume animal produce raw (eggs, meat and fish) but this should be avoided for microbiological contamination risks.
