With a 40 minutes consultation, I can help to bring clarity and offer researched-based information and a professional approach to help you maximise your current diet. This is a standalone service, no need for a follow-up.



Upon booking the consultation you will receive a questionnaire+food diary to be filled at least 3 days before the appointment. During the consultation, I will share the personalised plan so that we can discuss it together. Plan and handouts will be sent to you within after the consultation.
