Tahini Baked Whole Cauliflower

Let’s talk about two nutritional superheroes that deserve the spotlight: Tahini and Cauliflower!

Tahini, made from ground sesame seeds, is not just a tasty addition to your dishes, but it’s also packed with essential nutrients! Rich in healthy fats, tahini provides a good source of plant-based protein and is loaded with minerals like calcium, iron, and magnesium. Plus, it’s a great way to boost your intake of vitamin E and B vitamins, supporting your overall health and well-being.

Cauliflower, the versatile veggie that never ceases to amaze! Low in calories but high in nutrients, cauliflower is a powerhouse of vitamins C and K, folate, and fiber. It’s also a fantastic source of antioxidants, helping to combat inflammation and promote heart health. What’s more, cauliflower is rich in different types of fiber, including soluble fiber, which helps regulate blood sugar levels and lower cholesterol, and insoluble fiber, which supports digestive health and helps prevent constipation.
